Well I will start with a positive, the price was great, or maybe not. So I purchased this bass knob to use on my Smart Bass 5 K , 6 days ago today, and it's still not even shipped out. I contacted the seller a couple days ago and the response I received 2 days later was simply " thank you for your purchase, your item will ship soon" . Now I'm not a delivery driver but I'm positive it shouldn't take 6 days and counting to ship something that's been purchased.. pitiful and I won't buy again there
