All About Me

What everyone should know about me

Hi; I am 53 years old and I am a retired Special Ed teacher. I now work at a Victorian Village in Al. I portray various characters including the schoolmaster and a plantation owner as well as a tavern keeper. I have also done tv and movies

Things I sell

I am not a seller yet but I will be doing so in the near future.

Things I buy

I like to get figurines, DVDs, toy soldiers, and CDs.

Things I collect

Period movies; since I make a living wearing costumes I enjoy costumed films and collect costumed pieces.

Hobbies

Kickboxing and reenacting, playing my fiddle and guitar, and enjoying my dogs AJ and Rocky.

Favorite Books

Books on History. Subjects include The Alamo and Texas; and Alabama history. I have been involved in some Civil War films so I'm begining to get books on the Civil War as well. I also enjoy reading about Victorian England; Charles Dickens is one of my favorites.

Favorite Movies

Period pieces. Movies with costumes and set in the Victorian Era of either America, or England

Favorite Music/Bands

John Denver; Mike Nesmith; and period music; and that ol timey music.

Favorite TV Shows

Not much for TV today, but I do like the older shows such as Daniel Boone, The Monkees, Shows on the History Channel etc. Period movies no matter how bad; and Cowboy movies no matter how bad. Television used to be the vast wasteland; now it's only half vast.
