Alaska Tropical Fish is a tropical fish breeding and importing company. We have been in business since 2000 and have sold and shipped thousands of fish over the years. We guarantee all our products and will re-ship or refund any DOAs.

Payment policy
We accept Paypal, Money orders, personal checks, and credit cards through Paypal. Payment is expected within three days of auction close.

Shipping information
We ship all live products with overnight shipping only. USPS for dry goods unless otherwise specified by auction winner. We normally do a flat rate overnight shipping that is listed with each auction. We can combine shipping on many items.

Return policy
We do not accept returns of any live stock to preserve the integrity of our facility. We are disase and pathogn free and we do not want to risk bringing in any. We will resolve any issues with honesty and fairness.
