I have been selling on eBay since October, 2006. I do all of my selling from my little lair in New York City's borough of Queens. The income I receive from these sales is important to my livelihood, and I greatly appreciate your business! :)

PayPal only.
Shipping information
Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of domestic USPS S & H charges. I am really anal about packing things well, and I send things out quickly. I send e-mails to my customers when their items have been sent out. I have A LOT of experience with shipping things overseas. I do multi-item shipping discounts. I will not write that items are gifts on customs forms for international buyers because doing so is illegal.

Invoices
I will include a copy of your invoice with your shipment upon request. I do not automatically include print copies of invoices with shipments because it is unnecessary (we both already copies online in our eBay and PayPal accounts), and it wastes a lot of paper.
Feedback
As a SELLER, I ask my buyers to please contact me promptly with any problems or concerns with the product or service so that I can rectify the situation quickly and adequately. In a normal transaction, I will leave buyers positive feedback upon receipt of theirs, or upon agreement that both of us will promptly leave each other positive feedback.
As a BUYER, I will always contact sellers with my concerns and/or problems with products or service in order to give the sellers the opportunity to rectify the situation adequately and promptly. As a buyer who is satisfied with my purchase, I will leave the seller feedback as soon as I receive my item(s).
Neutral and negative feedback should be the LAST resort after buyer-seller communication does not work to fix a problem.
