I've had a California reseller's permit since 2001. I have been selling scrapbook and rubber stamp products as a demonstrator for The Angel Company for five years.
Payment policy
Paypal is my preferred method, but depending on the auction, money order, cashiers checks and personal checks are OK, too.
Shipping information
I try to ship as soon as humanly possible. The queen bee does not like to wait, so I try to put my own impatient self in my customers' shoes.
Also, I try to keep my shipping costs as close to actual as possible. Sometimes I do have to add a quarter or two for the cost of packing supplies, when I can't recycle.
Return policy
I want you to be happy with the items I sell. If you receive anything that is not satisfactory to you, please let me know. Even if I specify that the sale is final, please contact me. I'm more than happy to work with you.
