I adore animals. I have 5 bunnies who are rescues from animal shelters. My dream would be to have a small-holding and to have dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, goats and maybe even a donkey! Space does not currently allow! I am 'Godmother' to a horse called Rosie who I helped rescue from a cruel owner who was mistreating her. Rosie is now in a new loving home and I visit her often. I am a volunteer for several animal charities including The Blue Cross, The Dog's Trust and Heathlands Animal Sanctuary helping out with events and collections etc.

I trained to be a professional chef on leaving school and worked for the British Royal Family for 4 years after leaving catering college in 1989. I relocated to Hertfordshire and continued working as a chef, before a change of career in the greetings card industry. Around this time I also went to college to gain some computer skills. At the end of the 1990's I became the Office Manager at the head office of a plc company. The company relocated to York in 2005 and I took redundancy. For a while I considered setting up a business to sell organic beauty products and create my own website until someone told me about Ebay..... I started selling a few personal items on Ebay just for fun back in 2005. I had always had an interest in vintage jewellery and developed quite a knowledge over the years so that is how it all started! Out of all the jobs that I have had this is by far my favourite!! I live in Hertfordshire with my partner Mark who is a photographer.

I accept Paypal, personal cheques, postal orders, E-cheques or well concealed cash (at your risk) from UK buyers. Overseas buyers must use Paypal please.

No-one likes paying postage costs, me included, so I always charge pretty much what it costs me with a little amount added for packaging. Most small jewellery items can be sent very cheaply worldwide. Unlike some Ebay sellers I never make a profit on postage or try to make my fees back by increasing postage costs. Sometimes I even make a loss on postage in my effort to make it as fair as possible for my customers. I will always combine postage on multiple items. I do not have a specific system for doing this, but if I can send additional things in the same package for the price of one then I will! Please ask about other postal services for UK and Worldwide not shown on my listings. If you need something urgently or next day let me know and I can arrange! Where possible, please try and recycle or re-use any packaging materials that contain your goods.

Returns are dealt with on an individual basis. Please contact me before posting an item back.

I am sometimes unable to answer questions between 5pm and 10pm on weekday evenings. If you have a query about postage costs and cannot contact me before an auction ends please rest assured that you will not be overcharged so please bid with confidence.

Auction start prices do not reflect the value of the item itself. I start all of my auctions purposely low to allow everyone a chance who would like to bid. I do not end auctions early if there are already bids on an item. You can ask me questions about anything and I will do my very best to help. Prompt payment is appreciated - within 7 days if possible! You are welcome to wait if bidding for more items. Simply drop me a line when you have finished bidding and I will combine postage for you. I never forget to leave feedback, but if more than 14 days has passed feel free to remind me! I always wait for customers to leave feedback first.
