No its ebays issue seller said he lost title in the mail --I think he did not get what he expected so he said fedx lost it.
I contacted e-bay about suits of armor I purchased on e-bay in August and have not received any communication from e-bay about FRAUD when I pay for items on e-bay and do not receive what I purchased . No answer or help with the issue of someone taking my money and not receiving items I purchased .
