I am one of the friendliest ebay sellers you will find! I always respond to and answer questions as quickly as I can. No question goes unanswered! Good communication is the key to a good business.

I sell personalized hand sewn items and decorated clothing for all ages! Those include Koozies, Dog Collars, Tooth Fairy Pillows, Tote Bags, Unique Pencil Cases, Baby Bibs, Tee Shirts and onesies, all PERSONALIZED. I also some nice things to use as baby shower gifts! I am constantly coming up with new ideas which immediately get added to my ebay store. Check out all the stuff!!

This started out as a little hobby of mine and I'm so happy to see that it has become so popular! I have been selling my items many years now and I am proud of my high 100 percent positive feedback rating. I have many repeat and return customers from over the years and I have met some of the friendliest and nicest people!

I accept Paypal and Money Orders only.

I don't believe in high shipping costs. I charge $2.50 for regular mail or $4.75 priority no matter how many items you purchase. Nice thing about my stuff is that all of it is very lightweight keeping the shipping costs low for you, the customer!

Since all my items are personalized, I cannot accept returns unless I did someting wrong or there is a defect in the item that I didn't notice. That's why I confirm several times through e-mail to make sure I have the names spelled right and I keep your e-mail on my screen while I'm doing the work to double check I have everything correct! Should there be a problem with any of my items, I urge you to contact me so that we can work it out.

I prefer to be contacted directly at alliegene@aol.com instead of through ebay messages. This makes it easier for me find and go over our exchange of e-mails when I start the project, again, to double check that I have all the correct information before I begin.

When a sale is made, I send an e-mail asking if it is a gift or for a party that is needed by a certain date. This helps me prioritize the orders so that everyone gets them in time. Remember that each item is individually made for you as it is ordered and sometimes I get pretty busy! I work a full time job and do my ebay work in the evenings and I try to get everything out as quickly as I can!! If you see something you are interested in and you need it quickly, please contact me first and give me the date you need it for so that I can make sure I can get it done in time for you (and I haven't disappointed anyone yet!)
