I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item was listed as 'New,' but upon arrival, it was clear that the box had been opened, and the barcode was removed. Furthermore, it was missing the power supply. This is unacceptable. As a result, I won't be considering any further listings from this seller. Out of the three items I purchased, only one arrived as expected. The other two either didn't arrive at all or didn't match the description. This experience has left me dissatisfied

Brutal seller. First off item arrived but the postal driver was asking me for $24 when I already paid the shipping fees... keeping in mind this is a US to US transaction ??? There is no duties or customs fees so why was my item held ransom unless I paid $24 Seller was very hard to reach when I tried communicating... This after waiting 3 weeks for item to arrive. The only reason the seller refunded me after this nightmare transaction is because eBay stepped in thank God ! Thanks eBay !!!!

So sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We took some time to dig into what was going on and why they were trying to charge you as we weren't sure why this was happening. This in turn took us a while to get back to you. We never received information back from the postal service regarding this issue. We however did return the item as soon as we did received item as we expressed to you in the emails.
