Allyssabeth's Hidden Treasures opened in 2001. I have nearly a 100% positive feedback rating (less retalitory negatives by non-paying bidders!) I have been buying and selling on eBay since 1998. I try to reward loyal repeat customers with discounts and incentives because they are the backbone of a successful business and my eBay business is what allows me to be a stay-at-home mom to 5 children. And nothing is more important to me than my children and my family.

I accept balance tranfer and credit cards via PayPal. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX) are also accepted through ProPay as well. I accept money orders and cashiers checks upon buyer request. Sorry, no personal checks. E-checks (available through PayPal) will significantly slow the delivery of your item because they have to clear which can take from 4 to 10 business days.

I usually ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment. I ship worldwide. USPS is my preferred carrier but I also sometimes ship via UPS if prices and/or item size warrant.

I only accept returns in the original, undamaged, re-saleable condition within 3 days on most eligible items except Health and Beauty items which are non-returnable for legal, health and hygiene reasons. All jewelry is Non-returnable. Items must be returned in original re-saleable condition they were sent in. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for refunds. I do not issue 'cash' or money-back refunds. All returns are for store credit only. I do charge a nominal restocking fee to help cover the high costs of accepting returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable as they have already been spent on your behalf and at your request.
