We ship only to the US, but maybe in the future we will ship International. When using Media Mail from Hawaii it does take 5-9 weeks to receive. Media Mail takes longer from Hawaii because it travels by boat to the mainland. If you are in a hurry to receive MEDIA MAIL (books, CD/DVD/VHS), we recommend NOT to ship Media Mail. But to the other class of service we offer, which would be a little more for postage, but you will receive it sooner. We ship within 48 hours after confirmed payment is received. We use United States Postal Service(USPS). We inform you when item is shipped and on it's way to you:) We gladly do Combined Shipping ONLY if you contact us BEFORE your purchase. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR COMBINED SHIPPING REFUNDS AFTER TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED. When you email us PRIOR TO PURCHASE, tell us the items you are interested in, we will then weight it, and inform you the combined shipping for your particular order. Again, Combined Shipping must be done BEFORE the purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless specified. We are conscious of sending you products with care, and in the condition as described. We use care in handling all our products! We, however, are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit after it leaves us. Therefore, we highly recommend you purchase insurance when we offer it. If you are unhappy for any reason when you get your item, please contact us, and let us know. We would like to resolve the matter in a reasonable way. We are truly honest people, but do not like to be taken advantage of either.
