Please review our shipping information below. Ship Time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order. It does not include the time we take to process your order. All orders normally ship out within 1 to 2 business days. If there are any delays, you will be contacted. We normally use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, Media Mail, and Priority Mail. However, we will at times use Fedex, DHL, or UPS. The carrier is based on package size, weight, value, and destination. At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific carrier. It will be determined by the warehouse at the time of shipment. Shipments over $50 may require a signature. At this time we are only shipping to the United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. 2. Contact us first via email at alohomorastore @ gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Textbooks have a 7 day return time after the item has been successfully received. 3. After contacting us we will send you via e-mail a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA). RMA's must be received back within two weeks or set time that Alohomora specifies after the RMA is issued. Merchandise received late will simply be returned to you. 4. If you are purchasing an item from one of our 3rd Party Sellers you will need to contact them for their specific return policies and refunds. 5. We cannot refund your original shipping charges, unless there was an error directly caused by Alohomora (incorrect title, edition, defective item, etc.) not USPS (Shipping time, buyer remorse, etc). Any defective item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All returns are subject for approval.
