Quick shipping and very well packed, definitely could have dropped the box from 5 feet and it wouldn't be scathed. Product was needing just minimal charging, and once set up in my app was able to run it. Did need to factory reset as these products are proprietary to get it to run, but painless process. Just follow the instructions in the app and go. Great sellers true to their advertising on specs and condition. Was wary of the "no returns" policy, but they delivered a good product. A++

IF YOU WANT TO HEAR A CONSTANT HUM WHEN YOU WATCH TV, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU. RADIO IS OKAY BUT THE TV SOUND IS NOT LOUD ENOUGH.
