Altemeuller Jewelry is a family-run business and has been serving the Washington, MO community since 1902. We offer a wide selection of fine jewelry, clocks, and collectibles.

Shipping information
Shipping usually takes place via UPS Ground. International shipping usually takes place via USPS Airmail Letter or Parcel Post, depending on the size of the package.
Return policy
Refunds for merchandise found to be defective upon receipt will be issued via PayPal. Refunds will only be issued within one week of delivery.

Lisa's Work Schedule and How it Affects You
I work three days a week for Altemueller Jewelry, usually Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Therefore, if an item is purchased on a day other than Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday, it will not be processed until I'm back at work. This usually works out fine, since I try to list auctions during the day and time them so they end while I'm working. However, if an item is purchased from the eBay store, if my schedule changes for any reason, or if payment is made after I have left work for the day, shipment may be delayed by a few days. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that processing new orders is the first thing I do upon my return to work and that my eBay customers remain my highest priority throughout the work day.
