Our floral products are available for every budget . . .we love special requests and custom orders. That's why we are a design studio - a place for your creative ideas to blossom!
Payment policy
credit cards, PayPal, cashier's check, money order, personal check - subject to bank clearing and verification. As a reminder - your project does not go on our schedule until it is PAID in full. Most items take at least 2 weeks to complete.
Shipping information
USPS Priority with insurance and delivery confirmation OR FedEx - we select shipping based on most cost effective rate. We refund excess shipping charges. Shipping = weight+box size+transport to carrier+materials to pack.
Return policy
no returns - as is - due to custom nature of all products - we will gladly work with any issues to insure customer satisfaction. We can provide an e-mail preview photo for approval before shipment.
