I specialize in selling CDs and higher-end retail items. I bargain shop items in retail stores and offer great prices online. Being a buyer most of the time in the past I know what was done right, what was done wrong, & what could be done better. I'm not perfect but I strive to do the best I can in offering accurate descriptions, timely service and keeping shipping costs at a minimum. I strive to provide an honest assessment and description of each item I sell. I strongly encourage questions about my items so that potential customers know exactly what they are getting. I try to set a high service standard. I have had my share of bad experineces buying on eBay from dishonest & deceptive sellers and listings. I try to do the job right the first time and treat my customers right.
Payment policy
Paypal is the only payment accepted. A note about my CD pricing: Some of my CD's cost a bit more than the average but in return I provide a detailed description of the disc, the case, and the artwork. That way you know what you are getting with no surprises. Plus, you get premium service and fast shipping.
Shipping information
I try to keep my shipping charges low and fair. Shipping costs include boxes, packing materials, and bubble envelopes if applicable. Bubble envelopes are not free, they cost me money. I do my very best to ship items within one or two business days. On holiday weekends I may take up to three days to ship. Family is very important to me. Keep in mind that if the Post Office is closed I can't give it to them. Please be reasonable when rating shipping time in the feedback DSR. I can't control the shipping speed of the carriers. The DSR is the time it takes the seller to ship, not on how fast the shipper does their job. Also, keep in mind that the Post Office is closed on Sundays & Federal holidays. A special note to International sellers: If an item gets lost or held up at customs that cannot be my fault. Insurance and/or tracking information is optional but must be paid by the buyer. I can't provide refunds for lost items without insurance. Note: Media Mail can be very SLOW!
Return policy
I will gladly accept returns with the exception of CD's since they can be copied (unless my description was grossly inaccurate). The bottom line is that I want my customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. Of course the item must be returned in the same condition, i.e. tags not removed, worn, mutilated, etc. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless I messed up in my description. Again, I'm not perfect and there are times that I may miss a detail. In that case I will pick up the tab and return the full shipping cost. I am a reasonable person and communication is the best way to resolve any issues.

E-mail is the best way. I have a job so please be patient if I don't respond back in 5 minutes. It may take several hours before I get back with you but I will get back with you. Also, I am usually with family and friends on holidays and weekends so my response times will be slower during those times. eBay is a part time job for me. I don't sit at my computer 24/7.
