Amazon To Andes started when I made an unexpected trip to Ecuador to visit a friend of a friend. I fell in love with the people and their crafts, and had to find a way that I could keep coming back to visit. I started out with a couple of items in my suitcase that first trip, and 5 years later I am importing over 100 different items and making several buying trips a year. I started selling wholesale to local gift shops along the beach, then decided I wanted to sell directly to the public, so I could pass along the stories and history of the items I was selling. My business now helps to support over 12 different families that sell the items I offer on Ebay. I couldn't be happier with the results to help bring these talented artists into the worldwide market on Ebay.
