The only issue I had was that the screws were hard to get out of the packaging, that is how well they were packaged! By the way, doggy approved!

There was a problem with the company that sent the item. They instead of sending the 11-piece set, They sent me
an 8-piece set. This seller checked to see what happened and found out they didn't have what I wanted. So the
seller refunded me the difference between the sets. The seller was very eager to make it right. I will buy from them again. This is a Tripple A seller.
