The seller shipped the item promptly and I was able to use it as described. I appreciate the seller for communicating promptly. The only thing that was missing was one item. The box did not contain the backpack that was supposed to come with the kit. I had to buy a separate one to be able to carry the board and accessories. That was not a big deal considering the price.

I ordered this tree with expectations of a live healthy tree. What I got was a seller who was slow to ship, and a dead tree. The tree looked like it had budded before being packaged and all those buds were brown, dried up and dead with goo oozing out. Tree was shriveled too. I contacted informing them of this with detailed pictures. I eventually received a partial refund for a fully dead tree. This was a waste of money and time. Bad seller and product. Don't do business here.
