• Please contact us within 48 hours of auctions end.
• Payment is due within 4 days.
• We work with PayPal, which is what we prefer but will accept POST OFFICE money orders. PayPal is a buyer’s best friend. PayPal protects everyone all around. So, with our interest in protecting our customers and our customer service being our first priority we prefer working with them.
• We will send an invoice within 24 hours of the auction closing.
Shipping information
• We ship via U.S.P.S., UPS, and FEDEX depending on location and the auction.
• All items that ship out (within the U.S.) do require a signature confirmation at the time of delivery. This is to ensure that you receive it and to protect you as a buyer.
• Your item(s) will ship out within 3 business days from the time payment is received. If there are any complications, you will be contacted.
• We will ship anywhere on the globe (shipping will be priced accordingly with the rates of international shipping). A $5.00 handling fee with be added to international shipping orders.
• We will happily combine shipping for multiple purchases.
• The shipping price includes tracking expenses, package, and packing materials.
Return policy
We offer 100% money back, PLEASE E-Mail me first, if for some reason I have overlooked a flaw and you feel that the item was misrepresented then I will give you a full refund. I am sorry but I cannot give a full refund if something is the wrong color or does not fit right but I will try to work something out with you. Sorry but shipping will not be refunded.
