We ship worldwide. Most items ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received and processed. International, APO/FPO, Hawaian & Alaskan buyers need to allow 2 weeks up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please contact us for a shipping quote. AHOT is not responsible for import, customs or brokerage charges. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping fees are not negotiable. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box. If you are buying a heavy item please provide a non PO Box address. We offer shipping discounts when we are able to combine items. Please contact us for a quote.

If for some reason you need to return an item please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of your item. If an item is un returnable it will be noted in the listing. Please be sure to save all packaging material, tags still attached (if applicable, etc. Item must be stain/smell free. All tags must be attached. If an item needs to be returned please contact us. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is proven to be defective by us. All returned items need to be sent with in 7 days of receipt and need a tracking #. Once received back it may take up to 3 days for processing of a refund.
