My experience: Great seller! My case: I had MS Office 2013 already installed on my PC and had issues trying to install the new Office 2021 via the DVD sent. Seller immediately offered a new DVD but also provided a link to download directly from MS site to expedite resolution of my issue. I downloaded the image and mounted it; uninstalled the older version (which was at the heart of the issue); went through the Office setup procedures including registering with MS and all went smoothly.
