seller shipped a very large & heavy printer with barely any protection. It arrived non-functional. 1 small sheet of bubble wrap & two folded up small boxes. One folded box on top, and one on bottom. All inside a box barely larger than the printer itself. Although I got the insurance for the unit (at the seller's behest), it was not honored. When contacted, the seller did initiate a refund, but when the carrier refused to honor it due to poor packaging, the seller refused to refund any money
