The shipping time was great! After receiving the Nativity I discovered it was missing a piece. Andy responded within a minute of my message to him. So prompt! He offered to discount the price so that I could find a replacement piece. I very quickly found one and gave him the cost information. Again he responded with the partial refund and I was able to order the replacement. All was taken care of within an hour. Great customer service! I would do business with Andy again.
