Services available now are First Class Recorded for smaller, lighter lower value items and Parcelforce 48 for larger, heavier and higher value items. These services are much quicker taking only 2-3 working days and will lower / eliminate the problems our customers to date have mentioned / experienced while dealing with us. Both services have insurance for extra peace of mind. International buyers are offer Royal Mail International Signed For which has delivery to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five and Parcel Force Priority International Mail for heavier items. These services provide insurance and can be tracked with a signature required by the customer. Contact us for a quote and we are always happy to combine purchases and offer postal discounts.

Goods must be returned within 7 days un-opened, un-damaged and with all original content via recorded mail in the event of an incorrect purchase or change of mind. A 20% handling/restocking fee will be chargable and postage costs are non refundable in this case. If a product is returned due to a possible fault and is found to be faulty then a full refund will be issued without question. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in both cases.
