I started the company basically because I could not wrap my head around working for someone else to make them money lol. I am not rich, nor plan to be doing this business. I offer people the best of baby items with big discounts. I think every baby deserves nice things at a price parents can afford. And the items i sell are extremely nice items - boutique quality.

credit card (pay by phone), paypal (credit cards accepted here as well), check (personal or business - allow 7-10 day delay for payment to clear), money order, bidpay, account wire.

ALL items ship priority mail service or UPS ground service. Credit card payments by phone are all required to pay the extra for the signature authorization. All items are shipped same day as payment clears. Once item ships, you will be emailed or messaged (via messenger if you are on mine) with the tracking ID/delivery confirmation number. Insurance is optional, and strongly suggested. I CAN NOT help you if the item is broken, lost or damaged without insurance being purchased. Sorry, but that is what insurance is for.

Yes you may return an item if it is: 1. Damaged from shipping (a claim will then be filed through the shipping entity). I will need pictures and you will have to re-ship the item back to us at your cost until the claim goes through. Once we recieve the item a replacement will be issued (unless item is out of production, then a refund will be issued - minus shipping). Insurance MUST be purchased for you to return an item that has been damaged! 2. You receive the wrong item. This has NEVER happened to us, so you needn't worry about this. But we do have it on our returns policy for customer satisfaction. You may not return an item if - 1. you change your mind once you get it. 2. Item is as described in the auction. 3. You just need money back. If you get the item, or bid and win the item and decide you may have bid too much - sorry. You will still need to follow through with the auction.Refunds take between 1-2 days (paypal, credit card) or 4-10 bus. days for check/money order

Insurance for this item is optional and set at 1.30 via usps or at 2.20 for UPS for insurance 101.00 up to 250.00. (with UPS up to 100.00 insurance is free).
