Explaination of negative feedback :(
I sold a coat to a lady several months ago.She asked to return it and though I don't normally accept returns,I allowed her to return the coat and I said I'd refund once it was received.The package arrived without a return address.I sent many messages to the buyer asking for her address because she had paid me with a money order,so I was going to return her payment in the same form which she paid me,a money order.Three weeks went by with no reply.Without her providing her address to me,I had no way to return her payment.The user didn't have a paypal account,so sending a money order to her was the only way I could refund.The negative feedback was not justified.Had she communicated with me and provided her address,I could have returned payment to her immediately.
