I love to recycle so I save up boxes and packaging to keep them out of the trash one more time. I pack well and usually add extra stuff to the box. I take my packages to the post office to ship. There is a lot of love and time involved from initially acquiring the item to find it a new home...yours. =^./.^=

Returns will be accepted and refunded after an initial email to me requesting a return. (Never happened yet) The price of the return will be the closing price of the item without the shipping. The buyer will pay to ship the item back to AngelCityKitty. However, if I grossly misrepresent an item description, I will refund your full shipping price too. =^./.^=
