I usually sell during my Spring and Fall breaks, although every now and then I will get a couple of free days to list some of Laci's clothing.

I try to ship as quickly as possible and let the buyer know when their package was sent out. I strive to have excellent communication. Recently, I began including tracking for all items purchased. I had a bit of trouble recently with individuals claiming to not receive their packages and learned the hard way that if you do not offer a tracking number to paypal, they will automatically side with the customer and refund the money back. So now, tracking is included and there is never a question from either side about the location of a package. Even with all of this, I have found that the majority on Ebay are good, honest people and I truly enjoy working with them!

I pride myself on the fact that I describe each item extensively. I am human and occasionally, I make a mistake. In these situations, I appreciate the customer that contacts me ahead of time. I am confident that an arrangement can be made to where both the customer and myself are happy!
