I ship from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania 19010, USA. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are available in this area, and the shipping fees I charge are what I actually paid for shipping. If I overcharge for shipping accidentally, I refund the overcharge.

If you believe that the item you received is not equal to the one I advertised, whether because of an inaccurate description or damage in transit, tell me about the problem and send the entire contents of the package back within a week of receiving it in the mail. I will refund the cost of the item, but I cannot refund shipping charges.
