Unless a buyer has a specific preference that they communicate to me, then I am always going to choose the least expensive way to ship the item. I never skimp on packing material or time to securely pack an item, and I always procure the correct amount of insurance. That cost is included in the shipping price. Some times less expensive = longer shipping time. For myself, I opt for the less expensive. However, I will always honor the wishes of my buyer when determining the method of shipment.

In the event that I misrepresent an item, I will happily refund the purchase price (minus shipping).
