Some Sellers online claim to be Registered Royal Doulton Stores when in fact they purchase their goods from Discount Stores, Outlets and at Garage Sales. As a consumer you can make the choice to shop where you wish, however, you should know where your purchase is coming from. You have rights, use them... I have an example (yes its real too) a Seller on Ebay claimed to be selling Royal Albert Nesting Bowls....I knowing the entire Royal Albert Line, purchased them...as expected,the bowls were thin plastic from China that were NOT by Royal Albert..The bowls were so brittle they cracked when hit with a spoon.
