Love this product instead of prescription D3
I use this nightly before bed. Instead of prescription Vitamin D3 which gives me a head ache and doesn’t raise my lab values to normal, this raises lab values and keeps them there. I’ve taken it faithfully for years. I do believe it also helps me sleep better.
