Please feel free to contact us if there is a specific piece that you are looking for in your personal quests. We would be happy to send you photos via e-mail of additional pieces in our warehouse inventory.
Payment policy
For your convenience we accept credit card and e check payments via PayPal. In addition you may send funds in the form of Personal Check, Business/Corporate Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer. Please note: Per our bank guidelines, personal and business checks require 10 working days to clear from date of deposit. All payments must be made in US dollars. Sales tax applies where applicable by law.
Shipping information
The buyer will pay for cost of shipping and insurance (items must be insured). International buyers will also be liable for all duties and VAT charges. At the point of sale please confirm your address and include phone number. We feel a sincere responsibility to assure antiquities are delivered with great care from our hands to yours. Our shipping agent makes every attempt to be environmentally conscious and thrifty. On rare occasions custom-made boxes and crates may be necessary. All orders are processed once payment is received or funds clear and generally ship within 3 business days (weekend and holidays excluded). We will send an e-mail notice when your treasure is officially on the way.
Insurance Claim Instructions
If damage occurs during shipping, please notify us immediately so that we can be of assistance with the claims process. Hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by Antique Revival Online or carrier. Do not repack and do not send the damaged items back to us. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to issue you a refund.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to customs on international transactions.
Our Guarantee
Purchase with confidence, we are very easy to work with and guarantee all items to be as described. Due to the unique nature of the goods we sell, we make every effort to provide accurate and thorough information along with numerous high quality photo file images of each offering, including any flaws. We urge you to ask any questions before purchasing.
If a determination is made that an item has been misrepresented, contact us within two (2) days of receipt of your item(s) to discuss the matter and make arrangements. Buyer pays for all return shipping and insurance costs. We are not responsible for loss or damage on return shipments.
