We accept payment via PayPal, bank cashiers check, money order or personal check except for orders outside the U.S. where payment is only accepted via PayPal. We wait 7-10 days for a personal check to clear before shipping your item.
Shipping information
We normally ship via the U.S. Postal Service. We try to offer all the available methods through them that are possible for the item. We'll be glad to ship via other methods upon request, but have found the P.O. to be great for the most part. We try very hard to wrap things well and have had almost no problems in the ten plus years we've been selling over the Internet. We do not charge a handling fee and try to charge only actual shipping. We can't fully wrap items in advance in case there are questions about the item, but have become pretty accurate at estimating what the total will be. We do sometimes overestimate, just as we sometimes underestimate. We will never ask you to pay more than we originally requested. If what we collect from you for shipping is more than it actually costs, we'll refund it to you if it's over $1.00. We are definitely not trying to profit from the shipping charges and don't charge a handling fee as we feel that is part of the cost of doing business.
Return policy
We will accept returns only if the item is not as described in the listing or the problem isn't visible in our pictures. If you aren't satisfied with the item, please contact us and we'll be glad to work with you until you are satisfied. This could range from a full refund with the item returned to us or a partial refund. Normally, just as with a catalog order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
