What everyone should know about me
I have been an Ebay member for about four years now. Most, if not all of the golf equipment I have in my bag, has been purchased from Ebay. I love it.
Things I sell
Customer service is the one thing that I value the most. I do not try to sell anyone anything that I would not buy myself. I research prices not only on Ebay, but in golf websites and shops in the area (Minnesota). It has always been my main goal to provide quality golf products at a reasonable price; that includes the shipping costs, which at times are absolutely outrageous. It makes no sense to offer a good deal on the price, then try to make your money by overcharging on shipping. That is my main pet peeve with some sellers. When you look at items that I list, rest assured that they are of good to excellent quality and you will be dealt with honestly and fairly. As my tag line states in all my ads 'I don't sell junk'.
I value good communication as well. If there is any issue or concern, please feel free to contact me. I will not be snotty. I believe the customer is always right and, if the complaint or issue is legitimate, I will do anything I can to make good on it.
