I usually ship once a week but will ship an item earlier if needed for a special event (please email and ask before bidding). I charge only actual shipping and packing material costs. Combined shipping is available and encouraged. Email me for a combined total before paying; I will adjust it to reflect the much lower shipping rate. To protect the buyer as well as the seller, we require that delivery confirmation be used on all packages, the cost of which is included in the shipping quote. If you combine multiple items into one shipment, you will only be charged for one delivery confirmation. Seller is not responsible for packages once they are mailed. It is recommended, but not required that the buyer insure their package. If you wish to insure your merchandise, please email so I can include it in the total. If an item is damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed with the post office. Please read the insurance information above. Used items are sold as is.

Only for merchandise that was not as described in the auction. Please contact me before returning merchandise so that I may give you instructions to make the process more efficient. Items will not be accepted for return because of buyer remorse. Shipping fees are not refundable.
