Plastic Retainer Piece Poor Quality
I bought and installed this item. There's only one way to install it so no issue there. Mowed with it once and the little plastic piece that retains the cable stripped right out of the retainer hole. Now the blades won't engage again and this piece is the cuprit. 15 years of service out of the original cable and one time out of this one. Not good!

Doesn't work
This product looks tempting. Nice price. Good design. The only problem is that it does not work. Plugged it in and the headphones work but the mic does not. Would not recommend this particular product.
