Item was sent to another buyer on accident. Poor communication was because it was difficult to communicate with other buyer to organize the exchange of the items. I immediately worked to fix the problem and issued a refund for the inconvenience (giving them their purchase for free when the exchange between two buyers was complete). I expressed many apologies for this mixup. It was an honest mistake.
