I ordered a rear differential. It came it a well packaged box and arrived on time for my customer. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong gear ratio (ordered 411 and needed 327), the info was there, I didn't catch it. ITEM ARRIVED MISSING THE GLOVE BOX THAT WAS PICTURED IN THE ADD. THAT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL BECAUSE MINE IS USABLE. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE DASH COVER, 4 FO THE 5 RETAINER CLIPS WERE BROKEN AND MISSING. THAT WAS THE ONE PIECE I NEEDED. I MESSAGED THE SELLER WHO STARTED TELLING ME HOW CHEAP HIS PRICE WAS NOT EVEN ADDRESSING THE BROKEN COVER. I WASN'T ASKING FOR A REFUND JUST A REPLACEMENT IF AVAILABLE. I REPLIED TO HIS REPLY ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT AND GOT NO RESPONSE.
