To return an item to AramediA, within 14 days of purchase date, please do the following: 1- Contact AramediA at 1-781-849-0021, or email sales@aramedia.com and andrew@aramedia.com, state the order reference number, date, and related details, in order to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Defective software will be replaced or repaired at our expense. We have made special arrangements, for our customers, to deal directly with the manufacturer. These products will be identified when you call us to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We will, of course, stand behind our Buyer regarding the Guarantee and, if you have any questions, please send us an Email and call us at 1-781-849-0021. Any lost, misplaced by the Courier, wholly or partially damaged, during delivery, is not the responsibility of AramediA. A claim will be filed with the courier. A replacement will only be shipped accordingly.
