Hi, thanks for coming to Arcane Artistic's Ebay store! My name is Natt, and Arcane Artistic is the company that I share with my husband Matthew. I'm a fantasy artist and jewelry designer.

Most of what we sell is my handmade jewelry and fairy artwork, but since we are new to Ebay we are trying to familiarize ourselves with the selling process by selling some general items first. We have our own official website, www.Arcane-Artistic.com, as well as a spot on Etsy, and we will gradually introduce my creations to the Ebay store as we gain your attention and confidence!! :)

As for the things we like to buy for ourselves... homemade natural skincare products, other people's arts and crafts, rare metal records, musical equipment, art supplies, retail displays for our craft shows, unique clothing.... lots of stuff!!

While I have been creating art and jewelry for many years, Arcane Artistic was incorporated in May, 2007 and started doing the business of selling my creations in 2008. I specialize in metaphysical and fantasy art, and beaded jewelry inspired by the same. Arcane is available and easy to find in many locations on the web! You can go to our official website at www.Arcane-Artistic.com to browse all of my works and to get to know us better. You can participate in free monthly drawings for jewelry and art prints, too! We accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders/cashier's checks. Please note that ALL checks and money orders are subject to verification and we don't ship goods until the funds have cleared. We like to keep integrity in tact on both sides of the transaction, so please make a note of this and conduct your purchase accordingly. Buyer is expected to pay for an item at the close of an auction. However, we allow a one-week (7-day) grace period from auction close for a payment to be received AND cleared. If we do not have payment within one week of the end of an auction, the item will be deemed unpaid and the sale will be void. That is more than sufficient time. When considering this policy, please treat others the way you want to be treated.

We use USPS as our shipping provider. And BECAUSE we do indeed treat your purchase and your business with integrity, we will always ship your order within 48 hours of our receipt of funds. We are very proud to offer free shipping within the continental U.S., so enjoy!

Of course we accept returns!!! For the more general items we are starting out with, please refer to their individual listings. For artwork and jewelry, the policies are set forth below..... Policies for Jewelry: My jewelry is made to last for years to come. If, for any reason, your jewelry breaks within the first 90 days, send it back to me! I will repair, replace, or refund it for you. Repairs and replacements will be shipped to you free of charge. Art Policies: Arcane Artistic always pays return shipping for any damaged-on-arrival print if you contact me within 7 days. Replacement prints are also shipped free of charge to you. In the unlikely event that your art does arrive damaged, contact me within 7 of the date you receive it for a complete refund or replacement.
