I received the bag as it was described, and it’s super gorgeous. I immediately decorated the bag and really love it. I was just surprised with the hefty import fees as I already have paid for shipping and taxes on top of the item price, but then again it is out of their control. The seller responds quick to messages and inquiries.

The seller was great and super accommodating to help try to resolve my issues. The original description said the purse was black but the bag was actually a dark navy. Also, this is the first time I was charged an import duty fee from Japan and it was an extra $140 on top of the shipping. The seller did refund me about $100 to help which was appreciated. The customer service and prompt assistance was really helpful.
