Returns accepted during 3 days after receiving an item. For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping. We will pay for the freight when shipping items back to the customer. If original packaging is no longer available, contact ARC Components, Inc. for authorization of use pre-approved packaging by ARC Components, Inc. Poor Packaging may void the warranty. The warranty will be voided on any products returned to ARC Components, Inc that is visibly altered, physically damaged, misused, repaired, modified, or if the serial number and/or warranty stickers are not intact or do not match RMA request. If your package was damaged in shipping, notify the carrier upon delivery and contact ARC Components, Inc. within 24 hrs from the time delivery was made. Please have the tracking number handy.
