After 7 yrs of buying here on EBay, I thought, perhaps I could/should give selling a try. I opened the store in June of 2008. I generally stick to what I know and when I don't, I will do my best to learn whatever I need to know to provide the necessary & meaningful information to assist a prospective buyer. I take my business seriously without being serious...I want customers FeelinGood as well as LookinGood!

Shipping information
There is a small charge for the packing & mailing included in your S&H fees, in addition to the actual postage. I will 1) offer shipping options whenever it makes sense to do so; 2)do my best to keep my cost for packaging & shipping as reasonable as possible which means I re-use boxes rather than buying them new, pack your items as small & light as I can and still ship them safely, and I will not use the flat rate boxes unless it is truly in your interest for me to do so. Lastly, if for some reason the cost of mailing turns out to be significantly different than what I anticipated, it is my policy to issue a partial refund of those fees. I am not looking to earn a profit by charging excessive shipping - I hate paying it as much as you do.
Return policy
My policy is that sales are essentially final, unless of course, I've made a mistake. If we're unable to work out a solution in which it makes sense for you to keep the item, you will need to pay the return postage to send it back, including delivery confirmation. If I determine upon inspection there has been a significant error on my part & the item is in the exact same condition as when it was mailed to you, though EBay does not require it, I'll refund your money AND the reasonable cost of the return shipping. It must be clear: refunds are limited to mistakes for which I am responsible, things within my control. Buyer are responsible for asking all necessary questions BEFORE making purchases. I can not be responsible for things you assumed and/or failed to ask me about and I can not guarantee either fit or comfort for items of clothing or footwear. I want you to be satisfied - I want your business over time, not just one single time.

Cost controls - What it means to you....
I opened the store in large degree to control the cost of my EBay fees so that I could maintain an inventory of items available for sale without skyrocketing listing fees. When EBay offers a promotion to sellers for listing fees and it makes sense for my merchandise, I take advantage of it. Most of my listings only have a single photo - my intention is to give you the single best photo I am able to shoot and encourage you to ask for more if the item looks interesting to you and you want to see close ups, different angles, etc. Again, since everything has a cost, if I can control my fees, I am able to offer items more affordably and entertain offers when you make them. I understand asking for photos takes a bit of time...it takes time for me too - but it is my hope it will help to ensure I can be around with quality items at reasonable prices for a long time to come.
