Communicated well in the beginning and then just stopped after I asked to ship to PO BOX. Waited a few days, I used a street address & bought the item but got 8gb instead of the 16gb memory stick I ordered for my 17inch 2011 Macbook Pro. Memory sticks were mislabeled!! Very deceptive! This is a complete waste of time!! Seller should be more responsible and confirm what he's selling. Got a refund but wish I got the item I paid for. Get this seller to verify the item before ordering. Beware!!!!!!!

In the process of setting up and updating and all looks good, as advertised by seller. Touch screen may be an issue as there seem to be dead spots where it won't work. Explains why the screen was set to portrait instead of landscape. Updates, or a new touch circuit should fix the issue though. Shipping was a bit high - we live in the same State - but that's not the seller's fault. At the end of the it was good sale, I would buy from this seller again and so should you. AAA+++
