I accept all reasonable payment methods not just Paypal, I accept Google Checkout, Bidpay, postal money orders, as well as personal checks. So far two customers sent me cash in the mail, that was cute, but I don't advise it.

Nomally, I ship lightweight items via first class mail by way of the United States Postal Service (USPS), heavier smaller items are usually sent via USPS Priority mail. Domesitic bulky items are normally sent via DHL. And, all international mail is sent USPS. I'm very sensitive to my 'carbon footprint' so I normally reuse clean and presentable boxes and envelopes. I use electronic labeling so that the shipping process is easier and faster for the USPS or DHL. Electronic labeling does not apply to international shipments or to 'unconfirmed' addresses. Please note: the shipping fee is made up of two numbers, the postage fee and the handling fee. Often times, the shipping rate appears to be oddly high for international shipments, this is primarily because of the time necessary to wait on line at the post office in order to complete the transaction.

No returns are accepted unless specifically indicated in a listing. I have one product that has a life-time guarantee, a few products that have a limited warrantee, and a lot of products where the manufacture would stand behind their product within reason.
