I have been buying & selling on ebay since January 2004. Check out my very excellent feedback and buy with confidence!

I accept payments through PayPal, using your PayPal cash balance, Credit Cards and e-checks (This is the same as writing a check, you just enter the information on the PayPal screen--very easy.) I used to accept US Money orders and Cashier's Checks but e-Bay no longer lets us offer these options. International bidders will have to pay using PayPal.

I make every effort to ship items 1 to 3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. Sorry, I do not ship, or package items on weekends. Read the Shipping Insurance section below for more shipping information. Each item is carefully packaged, I use newly purchased boxes for my paintings. I occasionally use a recycled box if it is in good condition. Delivery Confirmation is included in shipping price. Most everything is wrapped in bubble-wrap, so your item should arrive safely, and in good condition. The expense of new boxes, and bubble wrap and delivery confirmation, is figured in when calculating how much to charge for shipping. I really don't make any money off the shipping charges.

Sales are not subject to buyers approval after purchase. Sorry. (I would lose the sale to others you have out-bid) So... PLEASE read the description carefully, look at the photos, and e-mail me if you have any questions. Be sure before you bid. I DO give refunds on any item not described correctly in my listing. This has never happend, but sometimes mistakes can happen. When it is my mistake, I would also refund the original shipping charges. Please note, I do not give refunds for lost packages, or items damaged by the post office--this is what postal insurance is for. Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the handling of packages once they leave my studio. Please consider purchasing postal insurance. If you do find an error was made in a listing & you choose to return an item, contact me before shipping and I will e-mail authorization & instructions. Please contact me prior to returning any item.

Shipping insurance is not included in every listing, so check the shipping details in each listing. I include insurance on delicate items and more expensive items. I package everything very carefully and use PayPal's website to purchase postage and print labels. PayPal inserts your address, exactly as YOU have entered it on their website, avoiding any errors. I have never had any damaged packages, and only one lost, (or possibly stollen) package in 6 years--So it does happen once in a while. I used to make insurance optional but eBay no longer allows this. I include Delivery Confirmation on all packages--it lets me know when a package has been delivered and, with delivery confirmation the seller & the buyer can track the package by logging on to the listing and checking the VIEW ORDER DETAILS page.
