Item was described as "new and sealed". When the item arrived it was broken and definitely not sealed. I get issues happen during shipping, but the box had no tape or any type of sealing on it. I texted them to resolve this issue and THEY ASKED ME IF I COULD TAKE IT SOMEWHERE TO GET IT FIXED and or a %5 refund. This for a New expected product. We came to an agreement of a replacement. It's been 2 weeks, I haven't got a tracking number and just keep getting told to wait. Terrible company

This item arrived within the sellers stated shipping time window. Packaging was below standard. The small bag containing the fragile electronic parts, was shipped in a thin plastic outer envelope, with NO inner paper or bubble wrap, to protect the items during shipping. However, the items do not appear visibly to be damaged.
The items were very reasonably priced. I recommend this seller, and will be happy to buy again.

Item as described, packed well, and shipped quickly. It took several email exchanges to get a link to software to program the unit. Finally was able to program the keys and rotary control as needed. Works well, just a bit of a pain to figure it out. Suggested that they add the links to the listing.
