2 prints ordered OCT 31st to be delivered by Nov 6th. Nov 8th,contacted seller as prints hadn't been delivered, 2 days late, was told there was"delivery issues"🤔 and a 2nd set of prints had been despatched on Nov 7th so I should expect a double delivery🙄 By Nov 12th I still hadn't received "either" delivery so emailed again, no reply until the next day and only after the delivery arrived, ONE SET postmarked AFTER Nov7th😤 both prints badly creased in flimsy envelope, be truthful, it's better😡

See previous. Mistakes happen but please be truthful, if my order was overlooked just say so. Don't blame post office and say you sent a 2nd set, the annoyance comes from assuming I'm dumb. I was very understanding after your 1st reply 're delivery issues, when you lie you need to tell another, postmarks don't lie. Also please use better envelopes, tubes would be better in my opinion, I received 2 prints very badly creased😞
